Ghana’s Tourism Offering on display at the 2018 #Vakantiebeurs Fair

Ghana’s tourism sector is participating at the ongoing Vakantiebeurs Travel fair in the Dutch city of Utrecht.

This forms part of ongoing efforts to revive and promote Ghana’s Culture, Arts and Tourism industry to the global tourism market.

The Ghana Tourism Authority the main agency responsible for the the promotion of the country is confident of using this platform to market Ghana’s varied tourist products to the European and Dutch market and also attract foreign investors in the tourism industry to the country.

The Vakantiebeurs Holiday Show in Utrecht is the main consumer travel show of the year in The Netherlands, with over 176,000 visitors in 2017.

The dedicated Trade Day allows industry partners to set up appointments and explore potential business opportunities within the Dutch market.

Ghana’s delegation to the fair is led by the sector minister Hon Catherine Afeku.
The trade fair will also afford participants the opportunity to take part in conferences, seminars and workshops on various themes related to the overall objective of the fair. Ghana is positioned at the African Hall, 2BO54
