This exciting appointment signals a fresh, dynamic direction for the “Pearl of Africa,” with Kagwa now poised to lead the nation’s tourism efforts toward unprecedented global recognition and growth.

Kagwa steps into the formidable shoes of Lilly Ajarova, who, after a dedicated tenure since January 10, 2019, has transitioned to a new role as a senior presidential advisor. The transition marks a significant moment for UTB, as it welcomes a leader with a rich and diverse professional background.
