Africa World Airlines to Begin Accra-Abidjan Flight

Ghanaian carrier Africa World World Airlines is set to begin a direct flight from Accra to Abidjan in the Q1 of 2019.

The inaugural flight is scheduled for the end of February 2019 and will fly four times to the Ivorien capital.

This brings the Airlines regional route to five destinations Lagos, Abuja , Freetown, Monrovia and Abidjan . The latest move forms part of the airline’s strategy to grow its presence in West Africa.

Africa world Airlines has been operating in Ghana since 2012 with Embraer 145 and currently have 7 seven fleets.

The airline in the coming weeks will announce the days of the flight.
