UNWTO consoles victims of Ethiopian Airlines Crash

The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has expressed profound sadness and wishes to console families and friends of victims following this morning’s Ethiopian airlines ET 308 flight crash from Addis Ababa to Nairobi.

In a tweet on behalf of the UN Tourism body , the Secretary General Ambassador Zurab Pololikashvili said ‘’ on behalf of UNWTO’s members and the global tourism family, expresses his deepest condolences to the families and friends that have lost their loved ones after the accident of Ethiopian Airlines flight ET 302 today’’

The airline has subsequently released a statement on the accident and will keep readers posted.
