Air Seychelles, has this week launched its new and improved website via www.airseychelles.com

The revamped website designed with a mobile-first approach emulating mobile apps, features enhanced navigation and functionalities to provide a user-friendly experience to guests accessing the platform.

Sectioned into three main areas including international, domestic and cargo, the new website also entails general information about the airline such as its history, current fleet, flight schedule, news stories and others.

Built with an accelerated mobile page tool to speed the uploading of pages and search features, the new interactive website simultaneously allows guests conducting any search on a particular page to have full access to the booking panel, available on every page.

Besides having the ability to share content from the website, to increase engagement, guests can also reload and view their last valid search. The enhanced website is fully responsive and is able to adapt to various multimedia capabilities including videos, slide shows and interactive canvas.

The new look and feel of the platform which took over 9 months to build, is being managed by the airline’s e-commerce team together with Maven, a local creative agency specialized in website design. Charles Johnson, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Seychelles said: “The launch of our new website will enable Air Seychelles to enhance its online travel offering at all touch points.

“Regardless if guests book their travel via their laptop, phone or tablet, the new platform will continuously be updated with additional features to further simplify their travel experience.”

The new website which has been live for the past several weeks as part of its testing phase, replaces the previous platform which has been in existence for the past four years.
