All of the 203 members of staff of Ghana’s leading hotel, Labadi Beach Hotel have received their first jabs of the AstraZeneca vaccines as of Friday 12th March 2021.

The vaccination according to the Hotel’s General Manager Rene Vincent-Ernst is another testimony of how the hotel takes its loyal staff and patrons and guests and maintaining the Covid-19 health protocols.

“Here at Labadi, we do not and have never compromised on these measures. They are super important to make sure that people’s trust comes back. We have a massive loyal customer base here at Labadi Beach Hotel and we owe it to them that we are at the forefront of these protocols. For instance, all of our staff have been vaccinated,” he said.

He added that the hotel will continue in the tradition of providing great service with the welfare of patrons at the centre of it.

“It’s a new dawn for us but we are looking at the glass as half-full rather than half-empty. We are ready to embrace the new wave of hospitality and just because we say we are on our way to recovery, we are not letting up on any protocols at all. We are absolutely stressing how important that is. For instance, there is a letter in every guest room that says that our staff have been vaccinated to let them have that extra level of confidence and trust we feel we owe to the people,” Vincent-Ernst emphasised.
