Africa’s participation in this important market has for the last 5 years seen incredible growth and this year is set to have the highest number of participation so far.

Aside from the record participation, the Africa Hall has been moved from Hall 6 to Hall 1 Ostensibly to offer more access and easy passage for visiting travel and media buyers.

The participation is a mix of DMCs, National Tourism Boards, Embassies, Ministries of Tourism and private sector tourism players.

Confirmed countries participating at this year’s event include; Gambia, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Conakry, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Uganda, Cabo Verde, Namibia, Kenya, DRC, Congo Brazzaville, Mauritania, Tanzania, Senegal, Tunisia, Guinea Bissau, São Tomé & Principe, Algeria and Ethiopia.

The fair will among other things, give an opportunity to the participating countries to pitch their respective destinations’ tourism offerings and products to a large number of patrons.
