Tourism Seychelles reinforced its presence in Europe with a series of roadshows held across France, Benelux, and Switzerland from 2nd to 12th June 2025. The initiative aimed to strengthen ties between Seychelles’ tourism trade and European travel partners, while showcasing the destination’s diverse offerings.

The Tourism Seychelles office in Paris hosted its roadshows in four cities across France and Benelux—Le Havre, Luxembourg, Rotterdam, and Paris—from 2nd to 5th June. This was followed by three events in Switzerland—from 10th to 12th June—in Lugano, Lausanne, and Zurich. Each roadshow offered valuable opportunities for regional travel agents and partners to engage directly with Seychelles’ representatives and tourism products.

Apart from the Tourism Seychelles team based in Paris, the France and Benelux roadshows were supported by several valued partners: Emirates office in Paris and Benelux, Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas, Avani + Barbarons Seychelles, Carana Beach Hotel, Denis Private Island, Indian Ocean Lodge, Constance Ephélia Seychelles, Constance Lémuria Seychelles, Laila Resort, Le Duc de Praslin, Kempinski Seychelles, and STORY Seychelles.

For the Switzerland roadshow, participating partners included Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas, Avani + Barbarons Seychelles, Constance Ephélia Seychelles, Constance Lémuria Seychelles, Laila Resort, Le Duc de Praslin, Kempinski Seychelles, STORY Seychelles, Raffles Seychelles, JA Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles, and Etihad Airways.

Each partner was allocated a 10-minute presentation or workshop slot to showcase their products throughout the events.

To further engage attendees, the France and Benelux events featured a prize draw in each city. Two tickets per city were awarded for a FAM trip scheduled for later this year, one ticket per participant in Le Havre, Luxembourg, and Paris. In Rotterdam, one lucky winner received a holiday to Seychelles, including two nights each at STORY Seychelles, AVANI+ Barbarons Resort, and Carana Beach Hotel, for two persons. Additionally, two goody bags filled with Seychelles-branded giveaways were presented in all four cities.

In Switzerland, two winners per city (Lugano, Lausanne, and Zurich) received between 6 and 8 nights in Seychelles, sponsored by participating hotel partners including AVANI+ Barbarons Resort, Kempinski Seychelles Resort, Le Duc de Praslin, STORY Seychelles, Constance Lémuria, Constance Ephélia, Laila, and Raffles Seychelles. Each hotel provided a two-night voucher for two. Goody bags and locally made jewellery sponsored by Le Duc de Praslin were also part of the giveaways across both roadshows.

These two weeks of activities mark another strong step forward in Seychelles’ ongoing efforts to build long-term, meaningful connections with the European market and promote the destination as a premier travel choice.
