Registration is now live for IBTM World 2025, which will take place from 18 – 20 November at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona. This year’s event introduces an enhanced experience for Visitor Buyers, designed to offer greater flexibility, improved meeting efficiency, and exclusive VIP benefits.

In response to attendee feedback, Visitor Buyers now have the autonomy to choose how many meetings they schedule, giving them complete control over their time at the show. The new self-scheduling system allows them to book meetings directly with exhibitors and view priority time slots, offering a more personalised and convenient way to connect with the people and products that matter most.

In addition to tailored meeting flexibility, Visitor Buyers will benefit from exclusive perks, including entry to The Lounge, which provides a quiet place to work, network with peers and have meetings, as well as daily lunch from an enhanced selection of food vendors in the IBTM Food Court. This is in addition to access to the show floor, the full three-day education programme and networking events that IBTM World is known for. A cost has been introduced to cover this change, with Visitor Buyer tickets priced at €399 (€499 if purchased after September 16th).

As per previous events, Hosted Buyers can access the full range of event experiences, including admission to the show floor, conference programme, networking and VIP extras (lounge access and daily lunch vouchers). Hosted Buyers will receive a personalised appointment diary featuring matchmade meetings and the opportunity to request meetings directly with exhibitors via a sophisticated matchmaking system. They also benefit from a contribution towards the cost of flights, airport transfers and a 4–5-star hotel stay.

Trade visitors will receive full access to over 2,350 exhibitors on the show floor, the conference programme and networking events. Trade visitors can attend free of charge if they register before 20th October, after which tickets will be €100.
