Kaya Tours & Management Services Limited, one of Ghana’s leading travel and tourism firms, has announced a new chapter in its leadership with the appointment of Mr. Godwin Dogbey as General Manager and Ms. Cecelia Ansuaa Benoah as Client Service Manager.

The appointments mark a strategic move by the company to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its mission of delivering world-class tourism, media, and brand experiences from Ghana to the world.

Godwin Dogbey appointed General Manager

After more than a decade of committed service at Kaya Tours & Management Services Limited, Mr. Godwin Dogbey has officially been named General Manager. A close collaborator of the Executive Chairman, Mr. Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana, Dogbey has been instrumental in steering Kaya’s wide-ranging operations across marketing, advertising, events management, media production, tourism promotion, and community development.

Bringing a wealth of expertise across media, marketing, talent management, and international cultural promotion, Dogbey has worked with renowned global brands and personalities. His track record includes leading major tourism campaigns, producing landmark media projects, and managing exclusive VIP tours across Ghana and beyond.

As General Manager, Dogbey is expected to lead the company into a bold new era, expanding its global footprint while showcasing Ghana’s rich culture, heritage, and adventure to the world.

“We are confident he will take the business to new heights – connecting the world to Ghana and Africa’s rich culture, heritage, and adventure,” the company said in a statement.

Cecelia Ansuaa Benoah takes over as Client Service Manager

In another exciting development, Kaya Tours has also announced the appointment of Ms. Cecelia Ansuaa Benoah as its new Client Service Manager.

A dynamic professional with strong credentials in administration, sales, and client engagement, Cecelia has already proven her mettle within the Kaya Tours team. She previously served as Sales and Administrative Executive, where she was key to managing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting business development efforts.

Armed with a Master’s degree in International Business and a passion for client service, she is poised to elevate Kaya’s customer experience to new standards of excellence.
