The 45th edition of World Travel Market London commences tomorrow, 4 November 2025, at ExCeL London, positioned to be the largest in the event’s history. Under the overarching theme, “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World,” the three-day exhibition and conference will convene global travel professionals to address pivotal industry shifts.

The event will run from 09:30 to 18:00 on 4 and 5 November, concluding on 6 November from 09:30 to 17:00. Organisers anticipate a significant assembly of over 45,000 travel professionals and several 1000 exhibitors, with VisitBritain serving as the Premier Partner for this year’s edition.

The conference programme is structured around dedicated summits tackling core industry challenges. The Sustainability Summit will feature sessions on regenerative travel and sustainable product design. Concurrently, the Technology Summit will explore the impact of artificial intelligence and evolving distribution platforms. Additional tracks are dedicated to Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion, and Geo-economics, analysing policy and market access.

A new feature for 2025, the WTM Trend Fest, will offer a cultural programme of immersive global experiences running parallel to the core business sessions. This addition aims to highlightdiverse destination offerings in a dynamic format.

For attendees, key resources include the official exhibitor directory for scheduling meetings and the detailed conference programme for planning daily itineraries. The event presents specific opportunities for African tourism stakeholders, with numerous national pavilions and private sector exhibitors from across the continent using the platform to forge new partnerships. The concentrated sessions on sustainability and technology offer a valuable resource for reporting on innovation and market trends shaping the future of African travel.

VoyagesAfriq will be on the ground at ExCeL London to provide comprehensive coverage of Africa’s participation at this key industry event, offering timely reports, interviews and insights from tourism boards, ministers, and private-sector leaders across the continent. The team will capture how African destinations are positioning themselves within the global conversation on sustainability, technology, and market growth; ensuring readers gain a clear view of the continent’s strategic presence and partnerships at WTM London 2025.
