ICCA has concluded its presence at IMEX Frankfurt, highlighting ongoing work in research, technology and collaboration to support the global business events community.

Throughout the week, ICCA engaged with members and industry stakeholders to share updates on its latest initiatives, including new technology solutions, major research publications and collaborative developments across the meetings ecosystem.

A key focus was ICCA Technology, with the presentation of ICCA Business Intelligence Pro,an integrated intelligence suite developed exclusively for ICCA members. The platform brings together structured datasets and analytical tools designed to support evidence‑based decision‑making for destinations and organisations operating in the global meetings market. The solution combines bid intelligence, strategic diagnostics and expanded visibility of association activity, drawing on ICCA’s long‑standing data resources.

ICCA also highlighted the formation of the EEEIA, reflecting a shared commitment across the industry to stronger collaboration, alignment and collective progress within the events ecosystem.
