Botswana’s flagship tourism trade show, the Botswana Travel and Tourism Expo (BTTE) is set for its tenth edition.
Scheduled for the 29th November to 03rd December in Kasane, this year’s special edition will feature sessions such as educational tours, industry trends and practices, destination workshops among other novelties introduced to celebrate a decade of success with the event.

The BTTE aims to educate travel agents from across the globe while allowing our local tourism operators to seal business deal with those agents.

The Botswana Tourism Organization (BTO), organiser of the event yesterday welcomed the first group of International Agents attending the expo.

The BTTE since its inception in 2013 has aimed at establishing a network between local operators and their global counterparts, creating a sales platform for local tour operators to discuss and agree on tour packages and provide global wholesalers an opportunity to visit Botswana and familiarise them with the various products.
