Rayoni Holdings Ltd secures Air Operator Certificate from Malawi Civil Aviation Authority

Rayoni Holdings Limited, a tourism, aviation and hospitality company in Malawi has been granted an Air Operator Certificate (AC) by the Malawi Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

This significant milestone marks a major achievement for RAHOL, enabling it to operate commercial air services.

The Air Operator Certificate is a rigorous process that requires companies to demonstrate compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards set by the CA which comply international standards.

“The certificate is a testament to Rayoni Holdings Limited’s commitment to providing safe and reliable air transportation services to its customers,” the company said in a statement.

As part of the Rayoni Holdings Limited group, Rayoni Tourism Airline will be the commercial airline brand that will operate under the AOC. The company is now finalizing procedures for the launch of its inaugural flights, which are expected to take place in the coming months.

The AC will enable Rayoni Tourism Airline to offer scheduled, unscheduled and charter
flights across Malawi and beyond. The airline will operate a modern fleet of aircraft, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.

“Rayon Holdings Limited is committed to contributing to the growth and development of the aviation industry in Malawi, creating jobs and stimulating economic growth. The company is also dedicated to promoting tourism in Malawi, showcasing the beauty of the northern region and its rich cultural heritage,” the statement added.
