African Adventure Specialists reinforced its international agenda in 2025 with a two-front engagement that brought the company into the centre of industry dialogue in East Africa and onto the trade floor in Latin America. Represented in Arusha by Andrew Kitema and Tobiko, the operator took part in the APTA Global Forum to press priorities that are central to its strategy: forging trusted partnerships, advancing the safari trade and promoting tourism that is explicitly conservation-driven.

The Arusha gathering offered a forum for sector leaders to align on practical action as much as on rhetoric. For African Adventure Specialists the benefit was direct: the event reaffirmed commitments to operational excellence, product innovation and sustainability across African travel. As Andrew Kitema stressed, participation was not merely promotional; it was a reaffirmation of shared industry responsibility to ensure that safari growth supports wildlife protection and generates tangible returns for communities that host visitors.

Simultaneously, the company extended its commercial reach through African Adventure Latin Americas (E.A.S.), its Latin American subsidiary, with a presence at FIT, Feria Internacional de Turismo in Buenos Aires. On Stand #3112, Mauro Couayrahourcq and Sany Salerno showcased Africa’s safari product to a broader market, translating the continent’s wildlife, landscapes and guiding expertise into segments that appeal to Latin American travellers and tour operators.

Taken together, these engagements illustrate a two-track approach: deepen sector partnerships and policy dialogue where conservation and destination stewardship are debated, while expanding source-market visibility where demand is cultivated. For forward-looking safari operators, that combination, policy engagement plus active market representation, represents a pragmatic model for sustainable growth.

For trade partners and buyers, the message from African Adventure Specialists is clear: the company is positioning itself as a reliable conduit between African destinations and international markets, with a stated emphasis on conservation outcomes and community benefit. Industry colleagues, tour operators and potential investors seeking collaboration or product briefings are advised to connect via the company’s regional contacts and to note African Adventure Latin Americas’ continued activity at FIT Stand #3112 throughout the fair.

In a marketplace where product authenticity, environmental stewardship and market access increasingly determine long-term viability, African Adventure Specialists has signalled its intent to operate across all three dimensions. The Arusha and Buenos Aires appearances underline a practical strategy: engage where policy and conservation intersect, and sell where demand can be converted into sustainable visitation.
