UN Tourism and the Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone will organize the 3rd UN Tourism Regional Forum on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa, on 2-4 December 2026 in Freetown, Republic of Sierra Leone. The upcoming Regional Forum will convene destinations and international experts to explore the transformative potential of Gastronomy Tourism. Through knowledge exchange and the sharing of best practices, this forum aims to harness the power of gastronomy tourism for the benefit of local communities and the environment, fostering regional cohesion and resilience.
