Botswana is set to host the 2026 edition of the Botswana Travel & Tourism Expo (BTTE) from November 23–27 in the tourism town of Kasane, bringing together local tourism businesses and international travel trade for a week of business, networking and destination promotion.

The expo is designed to provide a business-to-business platform where Botswana’s tourism operators can showcase their products and services, connect with international buyers and develop partnerships that can generate new business opportunities.

BTTE 2026 will feature destination workshops, educational tours, networking sessions and business-to-business engagements aimed at strengthening relationships between Botswana’s tourism industry and international travel professionals.

The event will also give participating travel trade representatives an opportunity to gain deeper knowledge of Botswana’s tourism products and experiences while exploring potential partnerships with local operators.

For Botswana’s tourism businesses, the expo is expected to serve as a platform to expand their international market reach, generate new leads and strengthen the visibility of the destination among travel professionals.

Kasane, one of Botswana’s major tourism gateways, will provide the setting for the event, which is expected to further highlight the country’s tourism offerings and encourage stronger collaboration across the travel industry.
