“Our next opening is in Maputo, Mozambique It’s a renovation of an existing building but once again it adds to the upliftment of the city center contributing and adding to the vibrancy of a city that is a destination in its own right”.
The expansion is a large pipeline of development incorporating green field developments and strategic acquisitions, focusing not only on the actual ownership and management of the hotels but moving swiftly into asset light management hotel opportunities.

ONOMO Hotels expansion plans in West Africa is not complete, and they are focusing on the English-speaking zones within West Africa so that they can complete their footprint across the whole of the African continent. “2020 is certainly going to be a year where we’ll see us grow exponentially and with that, become a more prevalent name and brand associated with traveling”, says Samantha Annandale.

The focus of the group is the essence of importance that travelers place on their preferred choice of a hotel; security, service, connectivity, lifestyle and with that a fun and vibrant destination that sets the benchmark of African hotels at a higher level, at the heart of Africa.
