Morocco names new Tourism Minister

Nadia Fettah Alaoui has been appointed as the new Minister of Tourism, Crafts, Air Transport and the Social Economy in the Goverment’s latest cabinet reshuffle

She replaces Sajid Mohammed who was widely credited for leading a team to win the bid to host UNWTO’s General Assembly in 2021.

Until her appointment, She was the Managing Director ofSaham Finance. Nadia Fettah Alaoui has spent most of her career with the Saham group, owned by Moulay Hafid Elalamy.

She Graduated from the HEC Paris Business School and began her career in 1997 as a consultant at Arthur Andersen in Paris.
