Hyatt Hotels South Africa invites you to indulge in a season of reflection, connection, and unmatched hospitality. Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Hyatt Hotels will offer the popular Ramadan Iftar Buffet menu once again, across its three properties in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

This year, our team of chef’s and culinary experts , have curated a gastronomy experience that meets the spirit of Ramadan through a symphony of flavors and traditional delicacies, embracing the essence of community, generosity and togetherness.

Our hotels are equipped with prayer facilities and Halal certified kitchens (NIHT and ICSA certified). Each restaurant has meticulously prepared a feast for the senses, where each dish tells a story of heritage and compassion. We have spared no effort in ensuring that your Iftar experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

At 126 Cape Kitchen & Cafe – Hyatt Regency Cape Town you can expect to pay R300 per person. In Johannesburg, The Medley restaurant at Hyatt House Johannesburg Sandton and The Collective restaurant at Hyatt House Johannesburg Rosebank offers the Iftar buffet for R250 per person. Children under the age of 12 can enjoy the buffet at half price and discounts are available for groups as we continue to encourage corporates and businesses to do group bookings.

The Iftar buffet menu offering will be available to in-house guests and local patrons everyday between 6pm and 9pm. “This year you can expect enhanced dining spaces, adorned with the warmth of decorative lighting and thoughtfully arranged seating style to foster intimate conversations and cherished moments with loved ones. No feast would be complete without a decadent finale – indulge your sweet tooth with our desert extravaganza, featuring an irresistible Chai Cheesecake with berries and timeless favorites,” commented cluster hotel manager for Johannesburg, Atef Soliman.

This year, the three hotels have also introduced a new sweet menu offering available for guests after Taraweeh prayers. The kitchens will be staying open later than usual for guests to come and enjoy freshly prepared desserts and beverages
