Namibia’s tourism offering will once again be on showcase as it prepares to exhibit at the 2024 edition of Africa’s Travel Indaba scheduled to take place from 13-16 May in Durban, South Africa.

Leading the showcase at the pan Africa showcase is the country’s national tourism marketing agency, the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB). They will be joined by 28 other co-shares comprising, DMCs, tour operators, including four SMEs fully sponsored by NTB – SES Travel Agency, James Tours and Safaris, Lark Journeys Namibia, and Intermix Tours and Safaris.

Occupying a space of 120 Sq miles at Hall 2, D01, the team from the land of the brave as part of its activities at the showcase will engage with industry leaders as well as benchmark with other destinations on new developments driving the tourism sector in Africa.

South Africa and the SADC region is a key source market for Namibia; hence, Travel Indaba will present a fine opportunity to appeal to a wide range of tourists and travellers.

Delegates attending the show and wanting to engage with suppliers and tourism players can visit NTB at their booth during the happy hour moment when one is able to network.

The country’s Deputy Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism Heather Sibungo is expected to lead the delegation with Ambassador Veicco Nghiwete and two Board members, Ms. Koch and Mr. Hamwele.

Namibia remains one of the most beautiful countries worldwide, offering travellers a kaleidoscope of activities and adventure to enjoy during their stay in the land of contrasts.
