The Africa Showcase Latin America 2024 kicks off today in Mexico City, bringing together top African destinations and Latin American tourism professionals for a multi-day event that fosters collaboration and market expansion. Organized by On show Solutions, a team of global organizers who curate exceptional Roadshows and exhibitions on five continents – Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America, the showcase will feature VIP meetings and trade events from November 10-12, offering a platform for African tourism providers to introduce their destinations to the increasingly interested Latin American market.

Following successful events in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico last year, the Africa Showcase Latin America returns to meet the rising interest in African travel experiences. Exhibitors from Botswana, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Seychelles, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe are participating, offering a range of travel options for Latin American audiences.

Event Details:
– VIP Meetings on November 11: Private sessions where African exhibitors engage with Latin American tourism leaders to establish strategic partnerships.

– Trade Event on November 12: A broader event bringing together travel agents, wholesalers, and travel company representatives to explore African offerings and consider them for their travel portfolios.

In addition to expanding cultural and tourism links, air connectivity between Africa and Latin America continues to grow, with Ethiopian Airlines and South African Airways’ resumption of flights to Sau Paolo playing a key role in linking major African hubs with Latin American destinations. This improved air access helps facilitate business and tourism exchanges, offering travelers easier connections between the two regions.

Africa Showcase offers the Latin American market a diverse selection of African experiences, from safari adventures to beach retreats and cultural immersions. Additionally, the event emphasizes sustainable travel options, aligning with an increasing demand for responsible tourism.

As Africa Showcase America 2024 begins, it sets the stage for strengthened connections between Latin American tourism professionals and African destinations, opening new avenues for travel and cultural exchange.
