Clay House, the first project under the modern hospitality brand Husk Collection, made its grand debut in Maitama, Abuja, with an elegant soft launch that left guests captivated. Embracing the tagline “Luxury Hospitality Redefined,” the event marked a fresh chapter in upscale hospitality, offering an inviting and modern space for relaxation and discovery.
The evening was a celebration of style and sophistication, graced by an esteemed guest list including the Honourable Minister, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu; Chief Executive Officer/Director General of SMEDAN, Charles O. Odii; Honourable Members of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon.Olamijuwonlo Ayodeji Alao Akala, Hon. David Agada Ogewu, Hon. Philip Agbese, and Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya; and acclaimed artist Sor Sen, whose breathtaking works are proudly exhibited within the hotel, as thoughtfully curated by the ArtNG team.

The picturesque setting of the event showcased two stairways elegantly draped with vibrant orange and white floral arrangements, complemented by a photo booth where guests captured unforgettable moments, guiding guests to the poolside oasis. Here, lush sofas and plush pillows created an inviting ambiance. Guests were treated to exquisite cocktails and canapés.
The night culminated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by the Honourable Minister, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, followed by an exclusive property tour showcasing Clay House’s thoughtfully designed rooms and suites. The art gallery corner, curated by ArtNG, was a highlight, receiving admiration from guests for its curated selection of artworks by renowned artist, Sor-Sen.Reflecting on the success of the event, Belo-Osagie said: The soft launch of Clay House was an absolute success.
