TAAG Angola Airlines is set to launch a new Luanda–Nairobi route, with commercial passenger flights scheduled to begin on September 1, 2025.

The service will offer three weekly frequencies, bringing greater connections between Southern and Eastern Africa. Nairobi is widely recognized as a major regional hub and a key transit point for travel between different regions of Africa, Asia, and Europe, with Kenya being one of the most dynamic economies on the continent.

Connecting Angola with East Africa via Nairobi marks a significant milestone in TAAG’s network expansion footprint, adding competitive advantages plus mobility options for passengers, bilateral businesses, and diplomatic relations, among other value-added propositions.

Thus, tickets are already available for purchase through TAAG’s sales channels.

Overall, TAAG Angola Airlines remains committed to empowering a sustainable and collaborative development of African aviation, promoting mobility and integration among nations.
