The second edition of the VoyagesAfriq Travel Magazine for 2021 has been released with an exciting and rich blend of tourism, travel and other related industry stories across Africa.

The magazine begins with the editor’s note applauding industry players on their relentless efforts to push tourism and get the industry back on its feet through strategic recovery plans.

The UNWTO files are rife with stories such as, Promoting ‘Brand Africa’ to realise the continent’s tourism potential. UNWTO supports Zimbabwe to measure the Value of Tourism. UNWTO ‘Brand Africa Toolkit’ imminent launch details are also here.

There is also a lot of information on a 500-Euro investment by Little Africa Maio into various tourism-related projects across Africa. Cote d’ Ivoire as the global host of this year’s World Tourism Day Celebration and many other intriguing stories.

The Minister’s Corner comprises the Central Africa Republic’s new Minister of Tourism committed to developing the sector. A personality profile of South Africa’s new Tourism Minister, Lindiwe Sisulu and other stories.

Cabo Verde takes the centre spread as the featured country. The archipelago island will host the 64th UNWTO CAF Meeting from September 2 -4 and details of that event can be read in the new magazine.
