The Seychelles Tourism Board and Inside Seychelles have partnered to launch the “Rediscover Seychelles – Your Islands. Your Escape” campaign on Monday, 1 June 2026, inviting Seychellois and residents to explore the islands through staycations, local experiences, travel offers and curated tourism activities.

Coinciding with Seychelles’ Golden Jubilee celebrations, the campaign builds on the growing importance of domestic tourism and aims to encourage residents to rediscover the diversity of experiences available across Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and surrounding islands, while supporting local tourism businesses.

Commenting on the initiative, Mrs Amanda Bernstein, Minister for Tourism and Culture, said:

“As we celebrate 50 years of Independence, Rediscover Seychelles invites residents to reconnect with the culture, heritage, natural beauty and experiences that make our islands unique. There has never been a better time for Seychellois and residents to discover new corners of our islands, support local tourism businesses and celebrate the people, places and experiences that define Seychelles.”

The campaign will be delivered through a strategic collaboration between Seychelles.com and InsideSeychelles.com, combining destination marketing, digital storytelling, editorial content and promotional offers to encourage residents to rediscover Seychelles and support local tourism businesses.

Participating tourism businesses will benefit from dedicated campaign visibility and promotional opportunities across both platforms and their respective marketing channels. Campaign offers will also be integrated through the Deals & Offers section of the official destination website: www.seychelles.com, enabling operators to manage listings that can be amplified throughout the Rediscover Seychelles campaign ecosystem.

The campaign seeks to inspire residents to discover new experiences, support local tourism businesses and celebrate the culture, hospitality and natural beauty that make Seychelles unique.

The initiative is expected to onboard at least 50 tourism businesses and will run for three months, supported by regular promotional content, special offers and collaborative tourism packages.

The campaign will also encourage collaborative packages involving accommodation providers, transport operators, excursion companies, restaurants and activity providers, creating attractive and accessible tourism experiences tailored for residents.

Further details on participating partners, featured offers and campaign activations will be announced throughout the campaign period.
