Qualifications and Skills
Post-secondary graduate with IGCSE qualifications in English, French and Mathematics.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in both French and English, highly desirable – in any other foreign language, a plus.
Good computer literacy.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work well within a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills – Proficient in handling upset or angry passengers, whilst maintaining professional and tactful composure.
Possesses a pleasant disposition with impeccable grooming standards.
Prepared to work odd hours, including weekends and public holidays
