Serena Hotels Africa scored a quadruple win at this year’s World Travel Awards Africa and Indian Ocean and received the awards at the Gala ceremony held at the Durban International Convention Centre on 6th October.
Our winning properties were:

1. Kenya’s Leading Safari Lodge 2018: Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge
2. Mozambique Leading Hotel Suite 2018: Presidential Suite @ Polana Serena Hotel
3. Uganda’s Leading Hotel 2018: Kampala Serena Hotel
4. Uganda’s Leading Hotel Suite 2018: Presidential Suite @ Lake Victoria Serena Resort

The awards were received by Karin Sieberhagen the Sales and Marketing Manager, Serena Sales and Reservations Office in Johannesburg and Abishek Negi – General Manager, Polana Serena Hotel.

We are thrilled at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge being recognized at the World Travel Awards as ‘Kenya Leading Safari Lodge’. Inspired by local Masai architecture, the lodge ‘s design is in total harmony with the environment and ls located in the famous Amboseli National Park popular for its large herds of elephants.
