The countdown is over and with a rich confirmed list of speakers and participants, the stage is set for the 4th Aviation Development Conference.

The Mother city for the second time will host Africa’s main players in the aviation development section. Century city Convention Centre, the venue, along with Bench Events, the organisers, have ensured delegates will have a smooth running order.

The implementation of the Single Africa Air transportation Market (SAATM) and open skies will be up for discussion as well as the understanding of route development.

The much-anticipated discussion on the type or right type of aircraft for Africa is expected to be one of the interesting sessions to be moderated by Veteran Aviation and tourism writer Prof Wolfgang Thome of ATC News.

The Managing Director of AViaDev, Jon Howell is optimistic of delivering yet another program which he views as being catalytic towards the development of the aviation sector in Africa.
