Air Seychelles is working closely with the Department of Foreign Affairs to plan a series of inbound flights in the upcoming weeks, to return Seychellois nationals as well as non-Seychellois residents with permanent residence status in Seychelles, stranded across the airlines’ network and at connecting hubs to the Seychelles.

As the flights will be operated based on demand, Seychellois nationals and non-Seychellois residents with permanent residence status in Seychelles, are invited to register their interest via the Air Seychelles webpage at www.airseychelles.com.

Following registration, the airline will liaise directly with the passenger to provide up-to-date information regarding cost of airfares, date of operation including the necessary health requirements to be followed upon check-in, boarding, in-flight and during disembarkation.

The information gathered with also be shared with the Department of Foreign Affairs to provide further assistance as needed. Correct and valid contact details must therefore be provided upon registration for the flight.

As only Seychellois nationals and non-Seychellois residents with permanent residence status in Seychelles will be allowed to travel on these flights, prior to registration, all passengers must adhere to a set of guidelines as follows:

 _Must hold a valid passport and Seychelles National Identification Card.

 _Must commit to the cost of the airfare prior to travelling.

 _Must hold a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate conducted 48 hours prior to departure.

If the passenger is holding an unused Air Seychelles return ticket, the sample of the ticket must be provided to the airline prior to being accepted on the flight. Note that additional charges will apply based on the fare of the ticket at the time of purchase.

Passengers holding a ticket issued by another airline or a codeshare partner, meeting all the above-mentioned criteria, will be advised to purchase an Air Seychelles ticket upon confirmation and acceptance for the flight.

All flights will be operated by the airlines’ A320neo jet aircraft of 12 Business Class and 156 Economy Class seats.

Flights will be subjected to the approval of the government at each destination including regulatory approval as well as that of the Seychelles Department of Health.

In adherence with the guidelines from the Department of Health, all passengers travelling on these flights will undergo a 14-day quarantine at a government approved facility upon arrival into Seychelles.
