The Organisers of Africa Showcase, On-show solutions has unveiled a European dedicated edition of the Africa Showcase slated from March 22-26 March 2021.

Following on the success of the virtual events in 2020, this edition will focus on the key European markets, namely Nordics, Central Eastern Europe & Russia, Southern Europe, Mitteleuropa & Benelux.
Speaking to #VoyagesAfriq, Co-Owner of Onshow, Jacqui Reynolds said, they have scheduled another exciting edition of the Africa Showcase Online.

“Normally at this time of the year, we’d be doing our Africa Showcase in Southern Europe, the Nordic markets and Russia. So we’ve looked at who are the key markets that we are expecting to recover the quickest and how can we make an impactful week. So we going to be running four different markets in one week and everybody can choose which market they want to do.

So the products from Africa can participate and customize their participation to suit their marketing objectives. So they can pick and choose the different multiple meeting tracks and we will be as always doing the pre-scheduling and working very closely with all of our facilitators in the markets.”

She emphasized that it is important they are still able to deliver the right buyers to the products that are participating in the show, and it is so difficult for products to be able to do so on their own; to keep a proper tab on the market.

“so hopefully, this helps everybody with some sort of recovery plan and is another step to getting everything back on track this year. Reynolds added that they will be adding a new feature to this year’s event to open up the different markets to a wider audience.

“We realized that everybody needs insights into what is going on in different markets. So something that’s new for Africa Showcase is that we going to do a ‘market aware’ at the start of each of the market segments. So we will be running a daily feature on the Nordic market for example before the Nordic meetings take place and on the European market before the European session takes place.

And for the first time we are opening those market presentations to a wider audience so you don’t have to necessarily sign up for all the meeting tracks to benefit from all the amazing market insights,” she stated.

Tourism suppliers can choose the targeted European market that suits your product and marketing objectives, with up to 30 meetings per market or 120 meetings across all four markets. Exhibitor registrations are now open for the meeting tracks taking place on these dates:

NORDICS 22 & 23 March 2021
CENTRAL EASTERN EUROPE & RUSSIA 23 & 24 March 2021
SOUTHERN EUROPE 24 & 25 March 2021
MITTELEUROPA & BENELUX 25 & 26 March 2021

As something new Africa Showcase Online, the organisers are running a Eur 50 special to give you access to all four market presentations, even if you don’t join the meeting tracks. The daily Market Hour will offer insights by market experts and comments by leading specialists so you can understand how to tailor your approach for each source market.
