The Government of Namibia has announced it will end requirements for travellers to present vaccination proof and negative PCR test as an entry requisite to enter the land for the brave.

In a press statement by the country’s Ministry of Health and Social Services on Thursday 25th August 2022, the ministry said ”The current epidemiological situation no longer supports the retention of this requirement”

The health ministry last month switched from daily Covid-19 updates to weekly reports.

“The weekly Covid-19 updates will be discontinued forthwith. Today’s update is the last one,” the ministry stated.
