Labadi Beach Hotel has organised a Christmas charity lunch for cured lepers at the Weija Leprosarium in an annual gesture of continuous support and association with inmates.

This year’s also attracted some cured lepers from Cape Coast and over 50 street children. Sales Manager of Labadi Beach Hotel, George Ayisi said the gesture forms part of the long relationship between Labadi Beach Hotel and the cured lepers which the company considers an annual opportunity to show how much it cares as a corporate organisation and also show love to the vulnerable in society.

Chairman of the Lepers Aid Committee, Rev. Father Andrew Campbell expressed on behalf of the beneficiaries, his appreciation to the hotel for making it their responsibility every year to bring smiles to ‘’these marginalized in society who everybody has forgotten about them.’’
